OC Pedal Co. was born out of Evan Haymond’s journey from local garage band guitarist to a seasoned professional. For over a decade, Evan played in Santa Ana garage bands before joining Jack Russell of the legendary 80s rock band Great White on tour. His touring career eventually led him to become a sought-after session guitarist, contributing to albums that earned him accolades such as a Gold Record and a Billboard #1 award for his work on the album From Now On by SHINee, a popular Jpop band. His compositions can currently be heard on the History Channel’s American Pickers.

After settling in Mission Viejo with his family, Evan turned his focus to building guitar pedals. What started as a personal passion project in his small, single-car, garage has now blossomed into OC Pedal Co., where each pedal is designed and handcrafted with the highest level of attention to detail. With the support of his wife Kaley, who helps fulfill orders, and their young son cheering them on, OC Pedal Co. remains committed to serving its customers and community with products that combine usability, high-quality sound, and reliable craftsmanship
